I work with a wide range of presenting needs and can help if you are dealing with:

Anxiety, low confidence, depression, disability, intersectionality, grief, isolation, long-term chronic health conditions, loss, neurodiversity, personal development, relationships, trauma, self-esteem, social anxiety, or stress.

I offer all new clients an initial 6-session contract, from there we review, see whether the therapeutic relationship is working for you and check that I am meeting your ongoing needs. Depending on your access needs I sometimes offer longer sessions working outside the traditional hour therapy model and in certain cases I then move to a fortnightly meeting model, but this really depends on what you are bringing and if we both feel this will work with your relationship history.

I also offer Clinical Supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists.

As of August 2022: I do not deal with criminal, custodial or judicial matters; there are therapists that specialise in these areas.
